Police detain Ai Weiwei’s wife
Lu Qing, the wife of Chinese dissident artist Ai Weiwei, has been detained by police without explanation and taken to a nearby police station.
Mr Ai told the Financial Times that four Beijing police officers, one of them in uniform, arrived at his Beijing home on Thursday with a summons for Ms Lu.
