Czech Retail Sales Growth Eases In January

Czech retail sales grew at a slower pace in January, data from the Czech Statistical Office showed Thursday.
Retail sales including automotive fuel and the sale and repair of motor vehicles increased an unadjusted 1.3 percent annually, following a 1.6 percent growth in December. Economists' had forecast sales to grow 0.7 percent.
On a working-day adjusted basis, sales declined 0.5 percent annually in January.
Month-month, retail sales remained flat.
