At 2.00 am ET, the Federal Statistical Office is slated to issue German import prices for January. Import price annual inflation is forecast to slow to 3 percent from 3.9 percent in December.
French consumer spending is due at 2.45 am ET. Economists expect spending to grow 0.2 percent month-on-month in January, following a 0.7 percent drop in December.
At 3.00 am ET, the Swiss KoF leading index is due. The indicator is seen at -0.1 in February compared to -0.17 in January. In the meantime, Spain's flash inflation and Turkey's trade balance are due.
Statistics Sweden is scheduled to release the fourth quarter GDP data at 3.30 am ET. The economy is expected to fall 0.7 percent sequentially, after rising 1.6 percent in the prior quarter.
The Federal Labor agency is set to issue February unemployment figures. The number of German unemployed is forecast to drop by 5,000 compared to 34,000 decline in January. The jobless rate is seen unchanged at 6.7 percent.
The Bank of England is slated to issue mortgage approvals for January at 4.30 am ET. In the meantime, M4 money supply figures are also due.
At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat is set to publish final January inflation data. According to flash estimate, euro area inflation held steady at 2.7 percent.
The ECB's long term refinancing operation (LTRO) results are due at 5.15 am ET. The three-year loans for banks are expected to improve liquidity and reduce cost. The EUR 489.19 billion funds at 1 percent interest allotted in late December, helped cash-strapped lenders to refinance maturing bonds.
The German government plans to raise EUR 4 billion from the issue of bonds maturing on January 2022. The auction results are due at 5.30 am ET.
